Cisco ISE 1.4 guest access posture problem
« on: June 20, 2015, 01:34:29 PM »
Hi,

I have tried the guest access posture from your video but it was not successful. when the client logs in the browser downloads the nac web agent but it comes with an error saying that " this client is old and not compatible." and failed. I am using the latest nac web agent , IE and windows 7 ultimate. would you please help me? thanks.

I have never seen that error before but I still have yet to try this on ISE 1.4. Have you tried selecting an older version of NAC web agent? May be try on different browser too.

Any chance you can share the screenshot of the error?

I just tried this myself and can't even get to the NAC popup window that you have. I kept getting Error Loading Page after allowing the browser to download the NAC Web Agent. May be something is going on with ISE 1.4. This is using IE browser by the way
