Title: Trying to import Mobile Iron certificate to Cisco ISE
Post by: abhisheksha on May 29, 2014, 12:24:18 AM
Hi,

I'm trying to follow the MDM integration video that you have posted. I would like to know, how was the certificate for the Mobile Iron signed by the CA (LM-ROOT). I would like to know the procedure to do this, since the certificate that I'm getting is simply signed by "PortalCA".

Thank you.

Are you talking about the certificate for the MobileIron web interface or the certificate that get distributed to the mobile devices?

I'm talking about the certificate at the web interface.

More over, I'm trying to "Manage the certificate". I click on "Generate CSR". Enter the name of the MobileIron MDM that is resolvable by the DNS, copy the contents from "----START CERTIFICATE REQUEST" to "---END CERTIFICATE REQUEST".

I copy whatever is in between, go to my CA, paste the contents, set the template as Web Server, and download a Base64 cer file. I then select upload certificate on the MDM, for "Portal HTTPS" (this is where I generated the CSR", and after the upload, I get the error that "Error: No keys found in input file".
