Hi, a quick consultation about ISE: I have a customer that is running ISE 1.3 on its LAN where all of the Access switches are 2960X's and everything is running just fine, wired and wireless access with ISE, and they will be migrating to a 6513-E chassis as a high density access switch with 10x 48port Gbit PoE linecards (specifically ten of these linecards: WS-X6148E-GE-45AT within the chassis, which are near EoS but support from Cisco/IOS will continue until 2019) and 2 Supervisors 2T (VS-S2T-10G) running IOS release 15.2(1)SY. Question is, have any of you had any type of limitations or obstacles implementing ISE 1.3 or 2.0 on a 6513E chassis with similar linecard config? I know that Cisco is slowly pushing this Catalyst family towards Aggregation/Core. Customer is aware of that and will be replacing 6513 in about 3 years. I checked the Config Guide for this IOS release and it seems that it supports all dot1x features. The only feature I saw missing was the device-sensor, which helps for Profiling, but can be compensated implementing proper Probes from ISE. I am trying to gather all the info as possible to make sure ISE will run smoothly on this chassis, Cisco says yes but I am looking for opinions from on-practice experiences from you, so I will appreciate your recommendations or experiences you can share. Big thanks!
