Title: AGENT CUSTOMIZATION PACKAGE

Can any help with working agent customization package. The one I package displace the error in the attached.

I will appreciate if anyone can share one please.

I have not done this before so not too sure. I assume you have gone through the ISE 1.2 doc for this.  If not, here is the link. It says that the .XML descriptor file is required in the customization package.

What are you trying to do? Just changing logo?

I need to include a logo..but the method described in the doc is not working..and this SAC are not helping matters..
