« on: August 11, 2016, 02:27:16 AM »
Hi

Why SW-3750 loses config after reload or power loses even though config is saved?

Can you provide 'show ver', 'show boot' and 'dir' outputs?

What's the content on the config.text file? Do you see the startup config there?

It is possible that something failed after power outage although I have not run into this myself. If you do 'show startup', do you see the config?

This is a strange one. May be NVRAM went bad. I would say open TAC case and/or RMA.
