Anyone has any experience with non-Windows CA server (paid or free) and have successfully implement them in production especially with Cisco ISE?

Hmmm, this is a tough questions because I have attempted to deploy standalone CA on even window 2008 server without any luck it keeps referencing you back to AD. Now because of my present pressure I have not been able dig deep enough but any input will be appreciated.
Technology makes life easy but I hope the same technology will not send man back to stone age!

Standalone Windows CA has very limited use. Most of the time you would want  Enterprise CA for better AD user integration.

How was the certificate management? Does it support SCEP?
