Post by: amsa on August 11, 2016, 02:27:16 AM
Hi

Why SW-3750 loses config after reload or power loses even though config is saved?

Can you provide 'show ver', 'show boot' and 'dir' outputs?

What's the content on the config.text file? Do you see the startup config there?

config.text file new configuration I did it after the configuration erased after lose power on switch. and  it's the startup config.

my question now which reasons to lose configuration file after lose power many times on switch?

It is possible that something failed after power outage although I have not run into this myself. If you do 'show startup', do you see the config?

No, I don't see configuration.

This is a strange one. May be NVRAM went bad. I would say open TAC case and/or RMA.
